Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the TV Remote app ("App") developed by Draco Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Media Services Terms (App Store Terms of Service).

2. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App.
• Use the App to access, control, or interfere with a TV or device you do not own or have permission to control.
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the App.

3. Compatibility & third-party devices

TV Remote is designed to work with select smart TV brands (including Samsung, LG, Sony, and Android TV) over your local Wi‑Fi network. Compatibility, available features, and connection reliability depend on your TV model, firmware, and network conditions, and are not guaranteed by Draco Studio.

4. Intellectual property

The App, including its source code, design, icons, and the "TV Remote" brand, is owned by Draco Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draco Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including damages related to loss of control over a connected TV or device.

7. Changes & termination

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Draco Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
